Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception or at pickup and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refund or Cancel Order:

You can cancelled your order 48 hours prior to your pickup date and time with 5% order processing charge. 

Once the order is ready for pickup we can not cancel, reschedule or refund the order.
